Liselott may draw inspiration from past work, but commissions are individual creations, never exact copies. Design, materials, dimensions, price, payment, and timing are agreed before work begins. All commissions are final sale.

Put jewellery on after applying perfume, cosmetics, and skincare. Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Avoid water, cleaning chemicals, pulling, and snagging. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store pieces separately to prevent scratching or tangling.

Pearls and delicate elements require particular care. Follow any instructions supplied with your piece, and contact us before using jewellery cleaners or polishing treatments.

We ship within Canada and the United States from Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within five business days of ordering. Tracking is sent by email.

Repairs for damage occurring in your care are assessed and quoted individually as paid work. Please email photographs before sending a piece to us. We will confirm whether a repair is possible, its cost, and the anticipated timing.
